Can I modify my order after I've placed it?
All changes to orders must be made within 24 hours of placing the order to avoid additional fees.
Are parking lot purchases available?
Parking lot purchases are available by appointment only. Please call 707-433-1385 in advance to arrange a time for a parking lot purchase.
How do I sign up for The A. List?
You can sign up online. Please note that we accept new customers onto The A. List as space becomes available. When you are moved from the waiting list to The A. List, you will receive an email for your first offering.
What days are available to book an appointment?
We offer purchasing appointments by reservation only. We also close on select holidays and when our cellar schedule does not permit us to be available.
